Bindi Pre-Arrival - OFFER CLOSED

As those in the know will have heard of Bindi, those who don't should do some reading as Michael Dhillon and co. are etching their way to 'super-star' status at such a rate that the wines are now only offered on pre-arrival basis.

Runner up for 'Winemaker of the Year' in the prestigious Gourmet Traveller Wine magazine and with Langton's acknowledgment as 'Excellent' (see below) Bindi Wines are definitely worth the research - however you define this. In the glass, if it's the chardonnay, pinot, shiraz or sparkling, you will see a balance and ethereal character like no other. The pinot noir, has a degree of slipperiness and lightness of being rarely found elsewhere. They seem so easy to approach now and some would say 'why age?' but those with a lick of patience will be rewarded. Did we say balance!!?
