Once again East End Cellars is very proud to offer Michael Dhillon's Bindi wines as a pre-arrival campaign. Michael Dhillon produces some of Australia’s greatest Chardonnay’s and Pinot Noir’s under the Bindi label. These wines are very sought after, and certain to draw much attention. Allocations are small and the wines are incredible.... Basically what we are saying is don't hesitate.

This year has been separated into two allocations but we are taking orders for all the wines now and we require payment in full for all orders, once confirmed.

2000 Bindi Blanc de Blanc - 72 months on lees @ $40 a bottle
Beautifully fresh and complex with outstanding balance and intensity.

2007 Bindi Composition Chardonnay @ $40 a bottle
Fragrant and intense with savoury, nutty, creamy and mineral elements.

2007 Bindi Composition Pinot Noir @ $45 a bottle
Pure, sweet red berry and spice with a fleshy, full, opulent fine tannin end.

Spicy, stone fruit aromas with richness, freshness and a tight. long finish.

2007 Bindi Original Pinot Noir @ $65 a bottle
Bright red and dark fruits, earth and spicy with tightness, intensity and flourish.

2007 Bindi Block 5 Pinot Noir @ $88 a bottle - Sorry Sold Out
Dark, savoury, spicy with a very full, rich, very long and firm finish.

2007 Bindi Pyrette Heathcote Shiraz @ $33 a bottle
Earth, game, mineral and plum fruit with a tight, driven, full long savoury end.
