First Drop Wines... new releases and dinner!
16 June 2008
"First Drop is about passion….. for life, fun and flavour!........a lifelong commitment to making kick arse booze.....wines with flavour and texture, and a splash of funk…..eclectic varieties from unique vineyards in the great regions of the Barossa, Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale ….wines to drink, not just appreciate......in short…Mother’s Milk!"
First Drop wines have only been on the scene for a couple of years now but have made a great impression from the word go. Now East End Cellars along with Chace Agencies and Farina Kitchen & Bar are very pleased to have dinner alongside their new releases. There's personality, poise and passion in the First Drop Wines, add to that the stunning cooking from Matthew Goodlet and we have a winner.
The dinner will held on Thursday the 26th of June from 7pm. For bookings please call Farina on 8227 1007.
For further details check out the invite with menu.
Can't make the dinner but still want to try the wines? Well you can purchase the First Drop Wines Online including two of their new "Big Guns"; the Cream and the Fat of the Land. Remember you can always send us an e-mail or give us a call if you would like any further information or to place an order.
On tasting this Friday from 5pm till 7pm and Saturday afternoon we have Roger Pike in store from Marius Wines.
Enjoy.

"A bit reticent on the nose, but positively explosive in flavour. A bold, mouthfilling expression of Barossa Shiraz that teems with masses of black cherry, dried cherry, dark plum and hints of smoke, spice and cream. The finish lingers on and on. Best from 2010 to 2020. 95 Points."
