Torzi Matthews Schist Rock Shiraz (2010)

Another year, another bargain from Dominic Torzi. The new Schist once again displays great colour and flavour, with a slightly savoury edge. Lovely temperament here with a great perfumed & floral aroma while fresh berries dominate the palate. It’s that classic Eden Valley style with some restrained wine-making at an absolute steal.
