Kanta Riesling (2007)

Egon has done it again… the 07 Kanta shows an intense, lifted bouquet full of citrus blossom, lime skin, and banana peel. It has a lovely mouth-feel, the cold maceration and lees contact giving a rich, structured, creamy texture to the palate. Lemon and lime flavours abound with subtle hints of pear and guava creating a complex fruit compote. Fresh acidity ensures the palate remains razor sharp and focussed through to the end of the long, clean, bright finish.
