A strong Aussie dollar has definitely rewarded the upcoming party season. Enter the gorgeous Agrapart NV. Agrapart is a ‘récoltant-manipulant’ and they also practice the working of the soil, biodynamic viticulture, low yields, natural ferments, lower dosage and long lees ageing. Production is miniscule, with no more than 6000 cases produced in any given year, and vine age is among the oldest in the Côte de Blancs. There is truly a lot of love to give in every bottle.
