Louis Bouillot ‘Perle d’Aurore’ Rosé de Presse (NV)

This is as close to Champagne as you will find with this number from Louis Bouillot. This wine goes down too easily, and that made it really stand-out in our blind tasting. This Rosé is a brilliant expression of Pinot Noir just with added bubbles. Well balanced and great value.
