As the stable wine for the Spinifex label the Esprit has built a reputation has one of the most consistent blends around. The '09 delivers a yummy, savoury & textural experience that is tightly wound. As it opens the Esprit delivers delicate layers of flavour showcasing a vast spectrum of dark and bright fruit with dried herbs and cured meats. This is a fantastic, medium weighted, complex wine that definitely over-delivers.
