"Predominantly Syrah with fractions of Pinot Noir, Sangiovese and Tempranillo, J.E Assemblage Red is bright and lively on the nose, smacking of ripe dark cherries, raspberry fruit and succulent freshly melted cocoa.  The palate in texture is like walking down a chalk-dusty bush track while sucking on juicy red cherries and dark chocolate. Earthy in length and savoury to finish."
