Axiom Clarendon Shiraz (2006)

Hailing from the Clarendon area, this Shiraz combines the best of both worlds being situated between the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale. It shows signs of that cooler climate feel with some lovely lifted pepper notes work well with this elegant style, and all with great structure and finishing with some nice dusty tannin.
