What an astounding first up effort from Hamish and Kate Laurie with this beautiful bubbly number. With Kate’s history from learning the trade in Champagne there was much anticipation with this first release. Crisp, white flesh of royal gala apples dancing around the palate with toasted macadamia nuts and crushed strawberries.
