Jimenez-Landi Bajondillo (2011)

Exciting stuff here with a blend of fruit from 20 hectares of organic vineyards and 10 hectares of bio-dynamically farmed
vineyards harvested and fermented with minimal intervention. They keep it simple… no pumps in the winery, no chemicals, natural yeasts, old oak (500 to 1500 litre barrels) and minimal sulphur before bottling. The final result is a fresh, energetic drop, packed with crunchy red fruits and oodles of personality.
