Delas Grignan-Les-Adhémar (2010)

Ok so the name is a little tricky… Grignan-les- Adhémar is actually the appellation in the Cotes du Rhône, formally known as Coteaux du Tricastin. Delas have become one of our favourite producers from this part of the world because of how exciting their interpretations of Rhône reds are. Pure, light and yet with a lovely concentrated darker berry structure, complimented by white pepper and spice.
