Veritas Bulls Blood Shiraz Mataro Pressings (2006)

Not for the feint-hearted, this a signature Binder style that effortlessly combines power and grace. Sumptuous fruit with plenty of spice and earthy complexity. Try to keep this one. (not easy though!)

Believe it or not this wine has been made in the same style since 1967 when Rolf’s father embarked on replicating the Bikaver(Bull’s Blood) wine of his homeland Hungary. Not for the faint-hearted, this is signature Binder that effortlessly combines power and grace. An almost inky palate that comes from the dark and seductive Mataro is
lifted with bright fruit from the Shiraz - typical from the 2006 Barossa vintage. A classic in every sense.
