The Baily Room holds up to 55 people for a cocktail function and 25 for a seated meal or tasting.

The Tasting Room holds up to 70 people for a cocktail function and 40 for a seated meal or tasting.

Combined capacity for both rooms is 120 people for a cocktail function and 75 for a seated meal or tasting.

Deposit and Payment
A deposit of $500 is required 2 weeks before the event date, and payment can be made prior to, on the night of, or the following day of event via credit card, cash or EFT. All tentative bookings will lapse 14 days prior to the booking date without notification.

We have an enormous range of wine at East End Cellars and are more than happy to tailor a wine package to suit your palate. Every effort will be made to ensure original selections or similar in vintage and price will be made available to guests. Should the selected wines be unavailable a replacement wine of similar value and style will be provided. We do have set beverage packages should you want to leave it to us, please see below.



Venue Hire and Minimum Spend
There is no venue hire as such. However, there is a minimum spend for any function, which is specific to which day, time of year and timing of function. Please contact our manager for more information.

Guest Numbers
A general estimate of your numbers is required with the initial booking to determine the space requirements for your function. Final numbers are required five days prior to the function. This is the minimum number for which you will be charged. Additions are possible up to three days prior to the function. The deposit may be refunded up to five business days prior to the function, after this time it is non-refundable.

Dietary Requirements
If your guests have any dietary requirements we require you to let us know no later than seven days to the function.

You are welcome to bring your own cake for any event. We do charge cakeage of $2.50 per head for cutting the cake, plates, cutlery, etc.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations will result in loss of any deposit taken. Cancellations made within 72 hours will result in 50% of the final charge applied to a nominated account/credit card. A cancellation on the day of the function will result in the full charge of the function to a nominated account/credit card.
